Geocache Description:

Radcliffe Camera

40 years old in 2002, you too can have a go at the Bamber Gascoigne – Jeremy Paxman show, albeit with a difference. For visitors to Oxford I suggest you park in one of the five park and ride car parks the surround the city, and take the bus in to the centre. From here you can start our little quiz. But be warned, this cache is a magnetic camoflaged breath strip and due to the very urban nature of their locations, are much in the public spotlight. The trick is to winkle them out of their hidey holes without attracting attention.
Happy hunting!
The way to approach this cache (when open) is to walk up the steps and through the gate of the admin building on Broad Street, across the gravelled courtyard and straight through the Bodelian and out the other side into the square.
Something to ponder about: The form of the three main buildings that dominate this space, to the north The Bodleian Library: A SQUARE, Radcliffe Camera in the middle; A CIRCLE, and St Mary’s The University Church to the south; A TRIANGLE. Deliberate or not?. Your essay expected in a months time please.
