Geocache Description:

This cache is near the starting point for our original Sport Trek. It is within a county park approximately 0.35 mile from parking. From this park you will have a view of Kennesaw Mountain. There is no need to cross private property or fences. Stay outside the fences unless you want to climb one. A trail leads from the beginning of the parking lot that will keep you mostly hidden from the ballfields. You can stay on this trail until 30-40 feet from the cache. We have lost 2 caches within this park, so please watch for muggles and completely recover the cache. At times this park may be very crowded and parking could be at a premium. The park is closed from midnight to 7 am.

The initial contents are all children’s sports items. It is not mandatory, but please try to trade sports related items.
