Geocache Description:

This cache is laid in a Nature Reserve at Little Paxton just north of St Neots. 75 hectares of lakes, meadow, grassland, scrub and woodland next to the River Great Ouse and close to the excavations of the gravel and shale of the Aggregate Industries. Paths are wide and level but may get muddy in inclement weather.
Loads of wildlife. May & June are good months for the myriads of wildflowers. Dogs and children encouraged if under control!! Lots of deep cold water so keep a safe eye on the kids.
Contents when laid mostly for 'Children'.
Visitor's Centre open Sundays and busy times of the year. More info from www.paxton-pits.org.uk
Suggested parking at N52 15 101 W 000 15 005
