This is a simple two part themed cache. As the name suggests, it is a cache just for balls.
This is a simple two part themed cache. As the name suggests, it is a cache just for balls.
On placement there were:
tennis balls
bouncy balls
squish balls
stress balls
mouse balls
steel balls
mini footballs
and lots of other balls
When you get to the first waypoint, you will find a sign that prohibits many things, among these things is a ball sport.
Take the name of the sport and replace each letter with the position in the aplhabet of that letter, an 'a' becomes 1, a 'f' becomes 6 and a 't' becomes 20
so aft would become 1620.
Ignoring decimal places,
take the first three digits and add them to 151º 2.398
take the last three digits and add them to 34º 01.004
now you have the final location of the stash.
Please only put balls in the cache, it is a 3 litre container, so full size basketballs or those giant tennis balls won't fit.
Also, the carpark to the area the cache is in closes at 10pm during daylight savings and 8pm the rest of the year. But if you do want to do it in the dark, it is a short walk from the gate.
