COME PREPARED TO HAVE A PICNIC!!
Centerville Canyon Trailhead Coordinates:
40° 55.043N
111° 51.825W
Just drive east up Parrish Lane to the new reservoir and take the road to the left and continue towards the trailhead.
Pack a picnic for this one. Not that long of a hike but there's a really nice flat area by the creek that has a mighty fine fire ring that you can even start a fire (assuming no fire restrictions the time you visit) and roast hot dogs.
Probably don't want to bring really young kids on this--the initial 1/2 mile of the trail is a bit narrow in spots. You definitely want to bring a lot of water if hiking up during the summer. The first half mile will be totally in the sun.
You don't need to do any rock climbing to find the cache. There's a nice rock to sit and make your log entry and trade swag.
You may want to make sure you look at the pictures and have the hints/spoiler info available.
Enjoy this beautiful canyon!
