This may be a drive-up, but it ain't so easy...

Welcome to the boat basin. OK, so if you don't have a boat, what do you do? Why you cache of course! This cache is a standard 35mm film canister. Once you arrive at the coordinates your geo-sense will tell you where it is hiding. You can see the spot, but how can you reach it? If you're not 9 feet tall you might have to be creative. If you are daring and in shape you can do this. JUST DO NOT RISK A FALL!!! It's not on top, so don't even consider climbing all the way up there. The log is unique. Just sign and log. And BYOP!
