This was a postcard cache. I started this cache with 15 postcards from: Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland, Ohio, as well as a couple from Kentucky. Someone took the original cache container, so the new container is a lock-n-lock hidden in the base of a stump that cut when the cache was new (18 1/2 years ago as of this writing). There is room in the container for Travel Bugs and signature items.
While you're here, take a minute to take in the beautiful view. You can see most of Freeman Lake from this vantage. Please bring something to take out trash with you. This area seems to attract a lot of garbage. There are many other caches in this area, and several more in the park, so you could make a day of it right here!
