You are looking for a film canister painted dark green.
This is a fun game between the cachers of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. We have hidden the flag in a film canister at the above coordinates and it is the mission of the Wisconson Cachers to capture it and hide it in a new cache in Rock County (Behind the Cheddar Curtain). After the flag is retrieved, the cache will remain active for others to find. The canister has a log book in it.
Oh, Team Putz has found 2 of the first 3 sites. We have read the description of the other one. Think metro "bush"wacking. No stinkin' forest preserves, no parks, no dead end roads. This bad boy is right in the middle of town. "Flatlanders Rule"
