The cache is a clear skinny tube quarter-sized circular container hidden in a location accessible to the public 24/7. Trade/sig items will not fit -- please don't force items inside!
This area is very busy during "work hours" on a weekday, when there are eyes in every window -- although most of them are too busy to pay attention. It can also be very easily done as a night cache, with less stealth, although you will be rewarded with different views than in the daytime. There are no gates to this area from the nearest street, so if you find yourself on the wrong side of gates, you are in the wrong location.
