Located in Kennesaw, from parking to cache is about 250 feet elevation change.

Thanks to TRAM for bird dogging this cache for me on 3/26/04 and giving up the FTF.

This cache has a bit of Bad Dawg 83 look to it, but it is right here in the city. No long drive to get a climb with a view of the start of the North GA Mountains.
It is best to do this cache during daylight or dusk.I wouldn't drag your 2 year old along for this one either.

Ruts and thorns are not little one friendly. You can park your urban vehicle at

Park at: N 34 00.385 W084 33.885

Then it is a .17 walk / climb up the hill. If you have a 4WD with a High clearance you could get to within 285 feet of cache. I saw one axle lying along the path so be careful.

Lots of brush to get through, and plenty of CITO opportunities.
The cache is an ammo can.
When you are at the cache look over the Home Depot" past the Town Center Mall" it's a nice panoramic view.
