Chuck Walla: Greetings from your Community Volunteer Reviewer,

Since you have not responded to my reviewer log about your cache, nor did you post a note to your cache page telling me and others of your intention to address the issue with it, the cache has been archived.

Some time ago, I posted a note to your cache page requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and to send me a note. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that you are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Sincerely,

Geocache Description:

This is an old Pony Truss Bridge built at Leavenworth Kansas in 1913 and assembled here. I've liked this spot since the first time I saw it so I'm sharing it with you. I'm also getting revenge for the "Tiny Coin Cache" which I still haven't found. The view is really good and the neighbors have a miniature horse and goats. This is #3 in my Exotic Coin Trade Micro Caches Series. Inside the Hide a Key Box is a Coin. a Log Sheet, and a Pencil. I'll start it out with a 1915D Silver Barber Half Dollar. Please trade the exotic Coin for another exotic Coin or Token and post a picture of the coin you are leaving, also log out the coin you take. Good luck and happy hunting.

8/26/09 BasicPoke--I have adopted this cache and placed a new container. I changed the size to small, difficulty to 1.5, terrain to 1, and have removed the hint. The bridge is closed to vehicular traffic. The cache is flip-flop ready, no poison plants, no ticks, no chiggers, no snakes, no mud. It should be wheelchair accessible if you can get around the roadblock & fallen limbs.

3/3/15 BasicPoke--The 1913 pony truss bridge fell into disrepair and was demolished and replaced with a nice new bridge. The road is now open. I placed a nice new container today. See the hint. You will be walking near traffic, so be careful.

1/10/2017 BasicPoke--My homemade magnetic container disappeared. I have replaced it with something I had with me. The cache is no longer attached to the bridge. See the hint is you want to know exactly where it is.
