This cache is located right out in the open, just covered up by a small tye (hehe) You will have a awesome view of all the traffic going south on the Freeway, but this cache can not be had from the freeway, this cache is in a clear 3x4x7 container and stuffed full of lots of new goodies. The co-ordinates should put you within feet of this cache, just look for the only thing that could be covering it up, if you are close you will be able to see the container under the tye.
