This is my “get even
cache”.
Coalmines in this area have left their scars. This location is
near the ruins of an old mining area. The resulting terrain has
provided years of entertainment to off roaders. Watch out for these
individuals during this adventure. This cache location provides a
great view of Two Lick Reservoir along with a great cardiovascular
workout. Access is from Allen Bridge Road. Start at the 2nd dirt
road on left past Airport Road. From here let the fun begin. Yes,
it is up there! There is an easier way up there, but what fun would
that be? Besides, you can take that way back down. Good luck and be
careful! My 6 year old made it so you can too! He just kept
saying…"I think I can…I think I can!"
