cj&jr: the cache appears to have been muggeled good. This is a bad area when the water rises. Looks like we will have to find another hiddey place in the park. After many posts that confused me, something about a pipe ditch, I finally found that some folks were coming from the water plant rather than the park. I can see why safety would be an issue from that way, it really was much easier to do from the parks easily accessible walking paths. This cache would have been doable even in a walker like my grandma uses. Thanks to all who play the game we will try and get another out near here.
