GoofyButterfly: Well, time to put this one to rest. Mom has moved and the house has sold. Today is closing day. So, cache has been removed. Thank you to all those that visited the cache and helped keep mom entertained during her health issues. We love and appreciate all the cachers that have so become family to us.

Geocache Description:

Cache is a micro, located on private property at the request of the property owner. (owner requests that no one go past the back of the house, there is no need to go as far as the lanai (screened area). THE HINT IS A DEFINITE GIVE AWAY SO DON"T USE IT UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!! The hint will make this a 1 to 1 1/2 difficulty.

This is a micro cache hidden on private property. The property owner welcomes all cachers but please do not go into the back yard. ALL the surrounding neighbors are aware of this cache and have not only approved it, but welcome the fun!

This cache was placed in an area surrounded by canals. We wanted to place this cache here to share a little history of the area and the canals. The canals were dredged back in the 1960's by three gentlemen from New York. It is a beautiful and unique area, that once was all swamp land, and one of the few areas where all the canals are surrounded with concrete sea walls. This is quite a wonderful area, but very difficult to navigate through due to many dead ends that end at canals, and if you don't have a map (or waypoints, lol), or know your way around it could be very easy to get lost. Please enjoy the area and the history.

Although this is a night friendly cache, please keep in mind that this is a residential area.
