BookieW: All good things must come to an end. Today, while performing maintenance on my caches in the park, it became clear it was time to retire this cache. With a half inch of water inside and everything wet, I pulled the cache. Thanks to all who searched for and found Walnut Creek Traditional. There are still many more caches left.

Geocache Description:

A walk in the Woods.

There are several ways to access this cache. Parking is not available at the trailhead closest to the cache. For closest access, enter woods at N 37 55.882 W 078 35.527. On this day my accuracy was 23 feet, non-WAAS.Cache container is a clear tupperware-like container with a blue lid, somewhat smaller than usual. Contains lots of trade items and two travel bugs. This could be considered a sensitive area, so use care during your search not to disturb any flora and fauna you may encounter.
