Geocache Description:


The Clay Peak Motorcycle Park is considered one of the best motorcycling facilities in the State of Idaho. National and Regional motorcycle meets are held at this location. The cache has many general item things in an ammo box. Ths cache can be accessed by two different approaches. 1) From the Clay Peak ridge road (high clearance) go to point: N44 04.037 W116 53.553. Park your vehicle and walk .24 miles. 2) From Clay Peak Motorcycle parking Lot (off State Hwy 52) N44 03.322 W116 53.370 park your vehilce in the parking lot and walk .67 miles to the cache. Use the graveled road and stay on it to near the cache. Watch out for motorcycle riders having the time of their lives. Motorcycles are not to be on the graveled road. This is a great hike and a fun hike if the motorcycle folks are riding. You could also ride your own ATV or motorcycle to the cache site from here. Make sure you have an ORV sticker on your ATV/Motorcycle. If on your ATV stay off the graveled road. Signage at this site is specific.
