Let this number be represented by the letter E. You will only need to modify the numbers that represent the decimal portion of the posted latitude and longitude minutes (400 and 622 respectively) to get the final coordinates. The code below will tell you how to modify each number. Also, in order for the message to be decoded you need to know that each asterisk (*) character represents a single snap of the fingers.
