Newcastle, Creekside 2 Traditional Cache

Another little known trail in the Newcastle area. A bit of country in an urban surrounding.
I reccomend parking at this location. N47 33.250 W122 09.987Be very careful crossing the street! However this is not the only place you can park to start your walk to the cache site. If you choose this parking spot the walk will be approx. .75 miles round trip with a few little up and down spots. I expect the signal to be rather weak as the trees begin to grow thier leaves so I have included a rather good hint if needed. You can park much closer to this cache, however if you choose to do so be prepared to get wet, very wet in your attempt to get to the cache as you will be on the wrong side of the creek! Actualy it would be a fun way to get to this cache on a warm sunny day. There are also a couple other spots from which to approach this cache but they are not nearly as scenic as the suggested starting point.
