Geocache Description:

This cache is a "dead drop" on top of Red Mountain.

Welcome to Vulcan Park! If you haven't been here lately, you're in for a treat. Vulcan and Vulcan Park has undergone a multi-million dollar restoration, and Vulcan is back on top again! Come out and welcome him home. Don't miss the new, informative signs scattered along the railing -- they showed things to me I've never noticed before, and I've been coming here for years! The "Wall of Iron" just inside the museum doors is a sight to behold!

The park is fully handicapped-accessible, and its hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 1-6.

The cache is a micro cache, and is a "dead drop." Your mission is to retrieve and replace the cache without detection. While it is unlikely to take long to find, it will require EXTREME stealth to retrieve the container, sign the log, and replace the container. Why? Because to be mean, I placed it in a VERY busy spot. It is highly recommended that you grab the container and walk elsewhere to sign the log. You will need your own writing utensil. Happy hunting!
