This is my first multi-cache and it is all about Easter and Spring so bring those types of items to swap and trade. The cache is located in a Wheaton park and is our 4th cache in our Playground series. It is a shoebox size cache and was designed to be an easy find for kids.Parking is available at: N 41 50.508’ W 088 08.589’There is a way to approach the final cache where no bushwacking is necessary. Since there are thorn bushes near the final location, this is good information to know.The first listed coordinates will bring you to a sign. In order to do this cache, you will have to do some math. Use the first 3 numbers in the second line of the sign to represent XYZ. Take XYZ – 15 to equal ABC and then take XYZ + 135 to equal DEF. Using these new numbers, go to the second location: N 41 50.ABC’ W 088 08.DEF’At the second location, you should see a plaque for "Pete". Using Pete’s birth year to represent GHIJ, take GHIJ – 1473 to equal KLM. Using Pete’s year of death to represent NOPQ, take NOPQ – 1177 to equal RST. Using these new numbers, go to the final cache location: N 41 50.KLM’ W 088 08.RST’Happy Easter and Happy Caching!
