I obtained this cache container at the Peoria breakfast event cache a month ago in Peoria Illinois and I'd been looking for the right place to hide it for some time. Genius Loci tested this one out for me, so while you'll see his signature in the log sheet he isn't the first to find it as he was just giving a test run to insure that the coordinates are accurate and that the hide works.
