A search of about 2 km (back to the parking) to find back the jewels of the
castle " De Morette".

The area around this place of
pilgrimage is known for organised walks with a beautiful legend linked to it.
The hop fields were one
of the reasons that many farmers prayed here for a successful harvest.
This is only for
information. I leave it up to one's imagination if the story below really
is the beautiful legend!
You will need the story though to find the cache.
In the 18th Century,
Baron of the castle "De Morette" discovered dat some angels
disappeared with jewels. Forester Sjat, who just left "de koekoek" saw
from the parking some of the angels flying direction ESE (Sjat's compass showed
102°). After about 215 meter the angels dropped a few jewels (A) on (B)
and around (C) a kind woman. The fallen jewels turned into red roses.
The kind woman
pointed Sjat the direction she saw the angels flying to. Sjat noted 58° on his
compass. She told Sjat that some of the angels (D) were captured about 385
meter further onwards. She also mentionned one tried to lure the angels to a
couple of white iron candles (E) positionned in a curved way.
Everybody hopes
someone will find back the jewels with these figures. Sjat only missed 2
digits to find them back. 1 of them you'll find back on the month (F) Sjat's
memento was repaired. The other digit (H) you'll find along your way.
Sjat collected some bad
quality pictures that can hopefully be of any assistance to you (see pictures)

De auto kan je parkeren
nabij 'de parking' op bovenstaande coordinaten.
Aan deze bedevaartplaats
hangt een wondermooie legende vast. Ze staat bekend voor de mooie georganizeerde
wandeltochten.
Hopvelden waren de reden dat boeren hier vroeger
voor een goede oogst gingen smeken.
Dit enkel ter informatie gezegd zijnde. Of
het verhaal hieronder die wondermooie legende is laat ik aan de
verbeelding over.
Alleszins zal je
moeten gebruik maken van onderstaand om de cache te vinden.
In de 18e eeuw ontdekte de baron van Kasteel De Morette
dat een aantal engelen met juwelen verdwenen waren.
Boswachter Sjat die uit de koekoek kwam zag vanop de parking de engelen
richting OZO vliegen (102 graden op zijn kompas) .
Op ongeveer 215 meter lieten ze een aantal juwelen (A) op (B) en rondom (C) een lieve vrouw vallen. De
juwelen veranderden in rode rozen.
Deze lieve vrouw wees de boswachter de richting waartoe
de engelen daarna verdwenen. Dit was 58 graden op zijn kompas.
Ze vertelde dat er 385 meter verderop een
paar engelen (D) zijn opgesloten. Nochtans
is er onderweg nog gepoogd ze naar een in boogvorm opgestelde aantal witte
ijzeren kaarsen (E) te lokken. Men
hoopt dat iemand de juwelen aan de hand van deze gegevens kan terug vinden.
2 cijfers ontbraken nog voor Sjat de juwelen kon vinden.
1 ervan vind je op de maand (F) dat Sjat’s aandenken hersteld is. Het
andere cijfer (H) vind je eens je bezig bent.
Sjat heeft enkele foto’s in slechte staat teruggevonden.
