Located on Town of Falmouth conservation lands on the Coonamessett River, the cache is in an ammo box a short walk through cranberry bogs.
For centuries the river has been the subject of much debate over its use. Whether as a fishery, mill ponds, or cranberry bog, the area has had at least two very vocal groups trying to control it. Its current incarnation was almost ended in 2003 when a vote was taken to either keep the bogs unchanged, or let them become a "natural" preserve with limited public access. Contents of the cache originally include a logbook and pen, magnifying glass, crayon set, light stick, penlight, rain poncho, screwdriver set, measuring tape, and carabiner compass. Parking and a kiosk with a description of cranberry growing at N 41°35.432' W070° 34.377'
