LIBRA

September 23 - October 23

* Charming * Diplomatic * Sociable *

Libra is an air sign, ruled by the planet Venus and exalted by Saturn.

===================================

The Zodiac Series is well suited to geocaching since the sun, moon, and planets that follow their own paths through the fixed constellations are known as "the Wanderers".

This is a thirteen part series of "stand alone" caches that begins at the Southern Terminus of the Bruce Trail in Queenston, Ontario, and works is way northward. All caches are accessible from the Bruce (no side trails or loops). Under the lid, and on the first page of the log book of the the first twelve caches, you will find a number and either a "N" or "W" designation. Be sure to copy down these "codes" accurately if you wish to locate the thirteenth cache. ===================================

Libra is the seventh sign of the Zodiac, and therefore, the seventh cache in the series.

Parking and Trail Head

You have two options:

You can park near the entrance to Woodend Conservation Area at N 43 08.597, W 79 10. 037 and walk across the road to the Bruce Trail access point at N 43 08.597, W 79 10.060. From there you can follow the Bruce along, and then , across, the Royal Niagara Golf Course to the cache.

~~~or~~~~~
(much preferred)
Find spacious "Shoulder-of-the- Road" parking at the entrance to Gate # 12 on Glendale Ave. (N 43 08.911, W 79 11.012). From there, scamper across Glendale Avenue (please be careful) to find access to the Bruce at N 43 08.830, W 79 11.097. From that point, enjoy the walk between the golf course and Welland Canal #3. Be sure to email me an offer on the car!! No reasonable offer refused!!
Good Luck With The Rest Of The Series!!!
