Exit I-15 at Exit 64 (US 93), and go North on the frontage road located on the west side of I-15. Then trust your equipment. This cache is very near (bearing 66 degrees true (ENE of cache), and approximately 500' form cache) a piece of both Union Pacific Rail Road and Las Vegas History. I was told that there were originally five other similiar structures between Las Vegas and Milford, UT. This is the only one still standing. It was used to refill water for the boilers of the last of U.P's steam locomotovies.
