This cache is a place for travel bugs to gather or be dropped off on their travels. Additionally, it is also a place for fellow cachers to pick up a "ready-to-hide" cache container. This idea was "borrowed" from the Navigatorz with their permission. Hopefully this will "generate" more caches for the cache starved, hopelessly addicted geocachers in this area. (Grin!!)
The cache contains various sizes of micro containers and a few very small tupperware type containers, sixteen in all, already fitted with cache notices and logs. Some are even camo painted. Take one and start a new cache. You need to provide names, pens and any goodies for them.
Please try to post your new cache within two weeks. We would like to see them in Yakima, Kittitas and Benton Counties. When you post your new cache, e-mail us, and we will list it on this cache page. The cache is located just off I-82 at exit 52. There is a turn around that even large trucks can use.
NOTE: The property owner (Claar Cellars) knows about the cache and has approved it's placement.
