Geocache Description:

This is a 2 stage cache. The first stage is a micro container. The second stage is virtual only.

I: The coordinates above are for a micro containing a clue to Stage II

II: Figure out what object is indicated by the clue. You can try to go there, but you will probably be mistaken for a terrorist. To get full credit for this cache, you must decipher all the puzzles on this object(!?!) Just kidding - to get credit, please e-mail me:

  1. The name of the object
  2. Who designed it
  3. Its location
  4. The year it was placed
For extra credit, tell me the significance of the clue in stage I and any other information you can find, such as previous solved ciphers, who solved them and when, and the meaning of the messages.

Let me know if you can give me more accurate coordinates than above.
