This is a little multicache.We've done a multicache, and not only a normal cache, because We'd like you first see the "Grotte di Labante" (Labante's cave), a special geological phenomena, site in the bolognese's Appennino and low known; and the waterfall. We've read that: "It's the biggest primary cave in travertino of Italy, and perhaps one of biggest in the world. Those natural cave, actually, are very rare and, especially, with a difficul are longer than 4-5 meters. Unfortunately, cause the water caption by a little local aqueduct, the storical waterfall has an intermittent ctivity; in the weekend, especially, cause a more water demand ( homes for w-e...) it can't activate itself. A panel, placed by the local protection committee, tells this fact to the tourists. For the final coordinates, you must go to N 44 15.640 E 11 02.171, where you find a metallic gate; note:A: number of the vertical metallic thin tubes of the gate (only the thin ones!) The coordinates of the final cache are: N 44 15.(A-9)(A-5)1 E 11 02.(A-10)31 The cache is a tupperware with blue cover that contains : a pen, some papers for logbook, the stashnote( italian/english), a plastic amphibian, a woolen caterpillar, a Isidoro cat's sticker, a little doll. Questo e' un piccolo multicache.L'unica ragione percui abbiamo creato un multicache anziche' uno normale, e' che vorremmo che prima vedeste le "Grotte di Labante", un fenomeno geologico piuttosto raro, situato nell'Appennino bolognese e poco conosciuto; e la cascata. Abbiamo letto che: "Si tratta della più grande grotta primaria nei travertini d'Italia e forse una delle più grandi del mondo. Queste cavità naturali, infatti sono molto rare, e soprattutto, difficilmente superano i 4-5 metri di lunghezza." Purtroppo, a causa della captazione dell'acqua della sorgente da parte di un piccolo acquedotto locale, la storica cascata (studiata ed apprezzata da alcuni secoli) ha un'attivita' intermittente; nei weekend, in particolare, a causa della maggior richiesta di acqua (seconde case...) potrebbe non attivarsi. Un cartello del locale comitato di tutela avverte, scusandosi, i turisti di questo "inconveniente". Per ottenere le coordinate finali, dovrete prima andare a N 44 15.640 E 11 02.171, dove troverete un cancello metallico; segnatevi:A: numero delle stecche metalliche verticali (solo quelle sottili) del cancello. Le coordinate del cache finale sono: N 44 15.(A-9)(A-5)1 E 11 02.(A-10)31 Il cache e' un tupperware con coperchio blu e contiene: biro, fogli di carta x logbook, foglio istruzioni, camaleonte di gomma, bruco di lana, adesivo del gatto Isidoro, pupazzetto.
