Ozymandias

I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: `Two vast and trunkless legs of stone

Hazards include tides, river current, and quicksand in the shallows during approach. Both boating (unless you are a cacher named Shunra) and walking required.
Cache is underwater at times and is only obtainable at low tide when exposed.
