Geocache Description:

Easy hike on train until close. Then bushwack time.

A beautiful track down part of the Des Plaines River Trail. My first cache. In plain sight when you get to it, but you'll have to take a jaunt through some underbrush off the trail. Park at Independence Grove for a nice long hike. Or park at N42° 19.926 W 087° 56.569 for a shortcut, but don't stay there too long or my folks might get mad :). As the name implies, I have supplied some real Barrel O' Monkeys originals.I started this one after finding the "Chunnel Express" TB on my first hunt. Sign my log.
