Geocache Description:

On the Templer Way, between Newton Abbot and Shaldon. If you are walking from Newton Abbot you will need to check the tides, as the path is impassable a couple of hours each side of high tide.

A lunch box. You can take a pleasant walk from Newton Abbot, along the Templer Way , which commemorates the shipping of Dartmoor Granite, from the hills to the sea. Park on Brunel Way Industrial estate and the path follows the estuary, mostly on the beach. Watch the tides !
Or find the Coombe Cellars Pub and enjoy the view.
It's above the tide line and just off the path. Replaced on 21st April 2006 as site has been cleared. All there 15/07/06. Replaced July 11th 2008. Who knows, there may be two caches here!
