The cache is placed near the start of Ljanselven, between Nøklevann and Skraperudtjern. Ljanselven starts in Lutvann, pass these two lakes and continue south via Skullerud, Nordstrand and Ljan before it ends in the fjord at Fiskevoldbukta.
