You should be able to get to the cache with a medium clearance vehicle.
We hid this cache while doing maint on our Grand Marnier cache. You are looking for a tin with a paint can key in it, take the key a short distance to the coords on the key and open the cache. Please return the key so others can enjoy the fun.
