Et historisk sted med minder fra 2 verdenskrig / A history place with memory from world war 2
På dette sted blev en Royal Air Force bombemaskine skudt ned om natten den 26 februar år 1944 af en tysk natjæger. Besætningen på 7 mand omkom. Bagved mindestenen ses endnu fordybningen efter flyet og de fire motorer. Efter befrielsen i 1945 blev besætningens familier underrettet, og i 1947 blev denne mindesten rejst af beboere i Holsted, Aastrup, Agerbæk, Starup og Hovborg. On this place was a Royal Air Force bomber shot down on night 26 feb year 1944 by a german night hunter. All 7 men onboard was killed by the crash.
