Geocache Description:

A short walk from a renovated WWII bunker.

At the co-ordinates you will find the bunker (more or less). There is a museum set up inside, which is run by volunteers (so the opening hours are a little random). You do not need to go inside to complete the cache, but it might be of interest.This bunker was part of a base set up here in WW2 to protect the merchant fleet rounding the corner and watch for subs. The airfield is still used for training (sort of). The Orions practice emergency landings from time to time, but aren't allowed to touch down (too heavy). The number at the co-ords = AB
CC = 2*A + B +1
