Easy stop and grab near a historical marker. Be sure and ready the nearby marker for an interesting bit of trivia.
The cache is on the northbound side but should be easy to get even if you're headed south. There's a u-turn nearby, so use it instead of crossing the road on foot. There's also a nice park on the southbound side just up a little from the cache.The cache container is OD green and is about 3" by 5". You'll need a writing tool, and please leave only small items. Original contents include a Texas Geocoin, a hand keychain, and a tiger mini-mug.
