Geocache Description:

This is my first cache. It should take you on a short walk through some North West Ohio history.

The first Coordinates will take you to a sign. There is different information on each side of the sign.

Add the last 2 digets of the year that the battle of Phillips corner took place to the following west coordinates of N 41 37.282W 84. 04 (011). This will take you to the next stop.

You will come to another sign. Again there is different information on each side. Take the last two digets of the year that the sign was erected and add it to the west coordinates of N 41 37.292W 84 04 (018). This will take you to the cache.

If the caretaker is around he is a wealth of knoledge about the history of the area. You might want to drive by the log cabin that is north of the final site if you didn't see it before. Good luck and injoy.
