This cache is back to being a multi-cache on the Sabal Palm Hiking Trail in Picayune Strand State Forest. There is a $2 fee charged at this trail. There is a parking area with a Port-O-Potty and a trail information booth at the trail head. Take 951 to Sabal Palm Road and the parking area is labeled with Trail Walker signs approximatley 3.2 miles from 951. You can download a free map online by searching Picayune Strand State Forest.
I had to disable this after Hurricane Wilma and had the final coordinates listed for a while but I have reset this as the multi-cache that it was originally intended. While out there today, I found my original "signs of nature"...refer to photos. I have changed the "signs". For anyone who found this as a one stage cache, I'll let you find this again if you can email me what the "signs" are this time. The rest of you, get your boots on, grab your bug spray and wear long sleeved clothing!! This trail can be quite wet at times so its best to approach it in the dry season.
