Located in a small recreation and softball park on the west side of Erie. I named this cache the Great Debate because I didn't know how Easy or Hard I should rate the difficulty of this cache. So I stayed right in the middle. Check it out then join the Great Debate!! No need to go on the West side of the fence!! and bring a pen or pencil.
