Geocache Description:

Visible from quite a distance.

After a great inaugural cleanup with the Arizona Geocaching community, I thought it would be great to have a cache concept in place that would allow for both a find and continued maintenance along the highway. The cache is a traditional cache with a twist.

Credit for the find comes in the form of a picture in front of the sign, but there will also be coordinates on the back of the sign leading you to a CITO ammo can. Inside will be several dozen 35mm film cannisters (cache containers) with a grocery bag inside, as well as a logbook. Please take one with you and either clean up some trash in this area, or use it at another site where it would benefit from a little CITO.

Let's continue to make this one of, if not the best kept highway segments in Arizona!

*****UPDATE*****

For anyone visiting the cache site, please do not write coordinates on the sign itself. While it is 'our sign' , it still belongs to the state. If the coordinates happen to fade, please let me know either in your find log, or send me an e-mail and I will have Jake go out and put a new label up.
