Hofma Park, Grand Haven
Due to popular demand we decided to place another cache in Hofma Park. This one has a golf theme, and we tried to made it a bit more challenging then our first one. Thus the name "Tee'd Off," which is what you may get if you can't find it right away, or you choose the wrong way in or out. It is in a Tupperware type of container with golf tees, golf balls, a putting green marker. a pack of bug juice towelets and 2 different golf "shadow" boxes. Difficulty is based on GPS lock in which is difficult with the tree cover. Also choosing the wrong paths in or out will make the difficulty level higher. Like our first one, there are 2 different areas to park and start at. You can get there using either one. Depending on the season, BRING BUG JUICE for a more enjoyable experence. Lots of trees, pretty good trails with picnic and play areas along with sports fields. It is hidden off the beaten path, so you'll have to look a little to find it.
