Geocache Description:

This is the third in a series of caches that will highlight solitary trees that are dead, but still standing.

The Tree

This is a perfect Mountain Biking cache. The round trip distance is between 4.5 and 5 miles of mostly flat terrain. The overall difference between the highest and lowest elevation was around 150 ft. We hiked it, but I think a mountain bike trip would be fun.

Park at the end of Medina.

If you go straight across the valley to Standing Still II, you will find your socks full of stickers. There is a way to follow the creekbottom to get across, but it is not very direct.

Enjoy the trail, and keep an eye overhead for views of various military planes.
