Can be done from the Folk Art Center or from a pull out on the parkway at 35 36.072 082 29.366
Cache is on the MTS trail - above Blue Ridge Parkway but not on NPS land. About half way on the 1.25 one way hike (From the pull out coordinates ) to Folk Rock. Trail does not have water for K-9's and as is the case with many parkway trails it runs close to the road many times so staying on leash may be advisable. Uphill most of the way but downhill or flat on the way out. Be sure to continue on to Folk Rock for the view!
