This cache is located at a memorial to a local military unit. The terrain is very easy, since you can park very close but it may prove to be difficult to find as there are many hiding places.
Be aware that this is a VERY busy location so be fast and inconspicuous. It may be best to retrieve the cache and return to your vehicle for logging.
You can also find this one at night, when things are less busy, as the location is well lit.
Cache is a regular-ish sized lock-n-lock.
