Peirson Woods is part of the Sippican Lands Trust, Marion, MA. On even terrain, these paths loop around 30 acres of coastal area. Beware of the ticks!
Peirson Woods Cache, Marion, MA is very fortunate to have the Sippican Lands Trust and their supporters. Various land within this beautiful New England seaport village are held in trust for public use. Pierson Woods is a small tract from Point Road to Sippican Bay. Please participate in the Geocacher’s proud thesis and when you visit our cache please “Cache in and Trash Out.”This is our first cache and hope you find your hunt both pleasant and memorable. Park along Point Road [41 42.675 N, 070 44.679 W] Please respect the private ways and property nearby. The coastal area is restricted, (it is the breeding ground for the endangered diamondbacked terripans). The path loops through 30 acres and should be easy terrain for young and old alike. Near the shoreline a table is available for a picnic plus a wonderful viewing platform.
