BRING A PERMANENT MARKER FOR LOG! No log no find. Everything in the cache is water proof, therefore regular pen & pencil will not work. Yes you need specialized equipment to get to cache. This is not a shared cache, i.e. you must personally sign the log at it's hide location not just have the real finder wave it at you from a distance!
The San Antonio City first special equipment required cache!!! At this time you need to bring your own "specialized equipment". Later in the year the park may start ro rent it. A beautiful park, always busy with walkers and kids. This cache could be stolen when the weather turns warmer, if so I have it setup so it will be useable if that happens. The walk is very very short, less than 50 feet from the parking spot. Bring bread for the ducks. The tough part is after the short walk. You may be able to see cache with good binoculars. It is in the wide open! Enjoy the park, take a stroll around the cache hide, it's only an area of about 30 acres. When you arrive at the cache it's really only a 1 on difficulty, it's just the arriving that is challenging. Have fun and think safety first.
