Located at John H Shields park. Bit of a climb, but not too bad. Nice view from the top.
The cache is a army decon container, and actually hidden fairly well. Not a lot of hiding spots up here though, so it should be an easy find. Bring a pen tosign the log and there is room for small trade items.
