Many geocachers and travel bugs come to the beautiful coast of south Florida. This location is just a mile from one of the best beaches in the area. We thought it would be good to have a large cache container for travel bugs to visit while their owners are off having fun.In addition to starting the cache out with a cool travel bug, we loaded it with good trade items.Oh yes, did we forget to mention the obstacles? The hotel is just a tad difficult to reach -- only about a 300 ft walk from where you can park the car, but you will encounter some typical south Florida native vegetation along the way -- poison ivy, vines with large thorns, cactus, perhaps a snake or two, and probably some spiders. If you wait until summer you also can experience the joy of deer flies. Hey this is Florida -- what did you expect?We recommend you wear long pants when visiting this hotel, for the reasons mentioned above.You are looking for a large container painted camo green and clearly marked 'geocache' on all sides. It is a container that you never will have experienced in local geocaching.
