HAPPY cache goes to DE...The 1ST STATE! PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE MR HAPPY FROM THE CONTAINER EXCEPT TO TAKE A PHOTO WITH HIM...HE REMAINS WITH HAPPY CONTAINER TO SHARE HIS SMILES WITH EACH VISITING CACHER. Cache placed for DE Geocaching Spring Picnic & will remain in New Castle Co. after the event.Spreading its cheer & goodwill to the FIRST STATE...cache is much smaller than regular (about pint sized) and contains tiny happy trinkets to trade. MR. HAPPY lives with the HAPPY cache but feel free to trade small items for his happy goodies. Sign the logbook and if you care for a photo, bring a camera (container too small!)
